The location was central, it made getting around easy. the staff were friendly and helpful, a genuine warmth. the room was clean. I found the bedding fresh.
the room size felt a bit compact, almost tiny. the breakfast area seemed crowded during peak hours. i found the soundproofing wasn't excellent, street noise was audible.

the location was excellent, really close to the train station. i found my upgraded room to be quite comfortable. the sound isolation worked perfectly, blocking out any street noise. i could rest well thanks to this.
the room was generally fine. however, i did notice a long black hair in one of the towels. i thought it was a very slight cleanliness issue.

the hotel benefits from its proximity to the main train station and city center. it is approximately a ten-minute walk to the town hall. nearby, i saw several port warehouses adding to the local atmosphere.

the room featured a comfortable bed as is customary for ibis hotels. a good outlook from my room added to the experience. cleanliness was evident throughout the room, we loved it.

the receptionist was helpful and efficient, giving me a room with a nice view. breakfast offered many choices and tasted great. the staff seemed friendly overall, and they always wanted to assist guests.
