convenient location clean room friendly staff stained carpet uncomfortable mattress noisy fans
the location was quite convenient i could easily reach the train station the room was clean daily and the breakfast had good variety i especially enjoyed the waffles. the staff were friendly and helpful the reception and bar personnel were very pleasant.
the room carpet seemed old and had some stains the mattress felt low quality and not very comfortable i found a small insect crawling on the wall.

The location was central, it made getting around easy. the staff were friendly and helpful, a genuine warmth. the room was clean. I found the bedding fresh.
the room size felt a bit compact, almost tiny. the breakfast area seemed crowded during peak hours. i found the soundproofing wasn't excellent, street noise was audible.

fantastic stay!
train station upgraded room sound isolation comfortable bed
the location was excellent, really close to the train station. i found my upgraded room to be quite comfortable. the sound isolation worked perfectly, blocking out any street noise. i could rest well thanks to this.
the room was generally fine. however, i did notice a long black hair in one of the towels. i thought it was a very slight cleanliness issue.

the hotel benefits from its proximity to the main train station and city center. it is approximately a ten-minute walk to the town hall. nearby, i saw several port warehouses adding to the local atmosphere.

the room featured a comfortable bed as is customary for ibis hotels. a good outlook from my room added to the experience. cleanliness was evident throughout the room, we loved it.

the receptionist was helpful and efficient, giving me a room with a nice view. breakfast offered many choices and tasted great. the staff seemed friendly overall, and they always wanted to assist guests.
